Pilates is a muscle-strengthening workout that contributes to a healthy weight by strengthening the muscles without adding the bulk. It's also a very low-impact form of exercise that corrects posture, tones your stomach, and doesn't lead to injuries. With our qualified Pilates instructor, you’ll achieve fluid movements, higher body awareness, and a healthier spiritual connection.

Classes are on Wednesdays, at 10:15 am, at 24 Hour Fitness, Lake Forest CA.
