Here comes one of the hardest circuit training the fitness industry has ever seen "Boot Camp Circuit". Strength, endurance, coordination, and mobility are trained with unusual exercises and training variants. Due to the variety, training is fun despite physical exertion. In addition to running and jumping, additional equipment is also used. The body's weight training also includes exercises with the TRX as well as push-ups and knee bends. Medicine balls, steppers, tubes, dumbbells and dumbbells, sandbags, kettlebells, and much more are used for this varied training.

Classes are on Wednesdays, at 9:15 am, at 24 Hour Fitness, Lake Forest CA.
