Spinning is an intensive form of cycling and the best way to burn calories, test your endurance, and tone muscles. You can choose your own rhythm, starting off soft, cranking up the difficulty gradually, or jumping straight into the deep end with our intensive classes. Inject some fun into your gym session and sign up for one of my spinning classes.

Classes are on Tuesdays, at 10 am, at 24 Hour Fitness, Lake Forest CA.
