Bio

I am a Native Californian and have a heart for helping others staying active and fit.

God blessed me with a husband, children, and grandchildren. My Fitness Journey began 40 years ago, My Modern Dance teacher encouraged me to audition for The High School Dance Production Team. I made the team and was also a Song (cheer) Leader. I choreographed and taught dance routines to other performers. Four years of demanding work and dedication My dance teacher awarded me a dance scholarship (1986).

I continued to develop my skills achieving certifications with AFAA (2005) and NASM (2009) as a Group Exercise Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer, while creating Youth Dance Production Teams to perform at OC. Fair Grounds (multiple routines & dance rhythms), Shows at Telega County Club in San Clemente, Ca, and Balboa Community Center just to name a few.

My certifications opened doors for my fitness journey. I was Intrigued with body mechanics, I began to learn about mind/body formats which helped me understand the importance of body awareness (mind, body, and spirit), which has allowed me to teach and train at Private Studios, Gyms, Private Clubs, Colleges, in Person Training and Zoom Classes. I like to share my (passion) experience through the practice of body movement. (Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, Zumba etc.) I teach and train all age groups and levels. I am currently teaching/coaching at 24Hour Fitness as well as private lessons.
